I have a successful, niche, real estate practice in the beautiful Northampton area of Western Massachusetts. I specialize in antique / historic houses in traditional neighborhoods, and houses near to rail trails, greenways or other conservation lands.
I’ve been a Realtor since 2003 and acquired the CRS designation in 2014. Only 2% of Realtors in this marketplace have earned the CRS designation.
I've authored five books with a historic focus. And five books have been written that feature me in them as a case study in creative or innovative marketing, courage to quit a 9-5 job and instead do what I love, and 21st century branding etc.
